Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Twice Baked Potatoes Casserole Recipe is a  delicious, creamy, cheesy, bacon-filled dish that will become the most  requested side dish.

INGREDIENTS

– potatoes – butter – milk, any variety – salt – garlic powder – minced garlic

STEP 1

If your potatoes are not cooked, washed and diced them. Place in a saucepan with water and a hint of salt.

Boil the potatoes until they are tender and can easily be pierced with a fork in the middle.

STEP 2

The larger their cubed, the longer they will take to cook. For 1-inch cubes, I boil them for 15 minutes. Preheat your oven to 375 °F. Butter a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.

STEP 3

Place the cooked potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add the butter and the milk. With a hand mixer or potato masher, mash the potatoes to a puree.

STEP 4

Add the salt, garlic powder, minced garlic,  celery seeds, and ground pepper. Mix until the seasonings are well  blended with the potatoes.
