INGREDIENTS

Remove strawberries from the jar and pat dry. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.

Assemble by dipping berries in chocolate holding onto the stem. Sprinkle with the desired garnishes.

Place on wax paper and allow the chocolate to set.

INGREDIENTS

– strawberries washed with leaves intact – chocolate flavored vodka I used 360 Double Chocolate Vodka – bittersweet chocolate chips

STEP 1

Place clean berries in a jar and cover with vodka. Refrigerate for at least 15 hours.

Remove strawberries from the jar and pat dry. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.

STEP 2

Assemble by dipping berries in chocolate holding onto the stem. Sprinkle with the desired garnishes.

STEP 3

Place on wax paper and allow the chocolate to set.

STEP 4

If you choose to infuse the berries for less than the recommended time, the favor will not be as intense.
