March is National Peanut Month and I put out the call to some of my very favorite bloggers to bring me their best peanut recipes and they did, 30 absolutely yummy peanut recipes!
My love of peanuts is genetic. I’ve actually given my mother jars of peanut butter as gifts.
You know the large ones that you get at the warehouse stores? I think they weigh 5 pounds and I know none ever goes to waste. I don’t devour peanut butter quite like that.

I love all kinds of nuts but have to admit that peanuts are the easiest to munch mindlessly on. What are some of the ways you enjoy eating peanuts?
How do I enjoy eating peanuts? Probably by the handfuls! Well, that and in desserts, snacks, sauces, salads… I think I’m going to need an intervention by the time I work through these amazing recipes.

To tell you the truth, I wasn’t a fan of peanut butter when I migrated to USA, 16 years ago. Slowly with time, I adapted and now have fallen in love with it. I love my peanut butter sandwich crackers and Reese’s cups.

Oh my, what a wonderful compilation of peanut butter recipes. I had no clue it was peanut butter month LOL! I too absolutely love it on crackers, celery, or have even been known to dig a spoon into the jar as a small treat whenever I go by the pantry 🙂
